Presenting an Early Bird Forum

Together with Lucy Keller, Head of Mindfulness at UWC Thailand, I’ll be presenting an Early Bird Forum on Saturday 27 April 8:15-9:45. We’re focusing on wellbeing for the session and will be sharing practical strategies and insights to support with emotional wellbeing throughout relocation.

Connecting with a global community

This will be my first FIGT conference and I’m so looking forward to connecting in person with the conference attendees and speakers.
